    The Director of Marketing leads the strategic communication and branding efforts of Nikao Church. This role is responsible for ensuring the church's voice, mission, and events are communicated clearly, creatively, and effectively across all platforms, both internal and external.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategy & Branding

    Develop and implement church-wide marketing and communication strategies

    Oversee branding consistency across all channels and ministries

    Work with leadership to promote the vision, values, and events of Nikao Church

    Lead brand awareness campaigns to reach the community and expand church influence

    Digital & Social Media Management

    Manage website content, updates, and user experience

    Lead the strategy and execution of social media content

    Create and oversee digital ad campaigns and email communication

    Track analytics and engagement data to inform strategy

    Creative Oversight

    Oversee creative team members including graphic designers, photographers, and videographers

    Manage production timelines for sermon series, events, and campaigns

    Ensure high-quality visual and written content is created and published consistently

    Collaborate with ministry departments to meet their communication needs

    Team Leadership & Collaboration

    Lead and develop the marketing/communications team

    Set clear goals, expectations, and feedback for team members

    Coordinate with Operations, Guest Experience, and Worship to align messaging

    Participate in weekly staff and leadership meetings

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

    3–5 years of experience in a marketing or communication leadership role

    Proficient in digital platforms, design tools, and content management systems

    Strong leadership and project management skills

    Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development
