    Job Summary:

    The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase enrollment, enhance brand awareness, and promote the mission and values of the school. This role plays a critical part in shaping the school’s public image, building community partnerships, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning & Leadership

    Develop and implement an annual marketing and enrollment growth strategy aligned with the school’s goals.

    Analyze enrollment trends, competition, and market opportunities to inform campaigns.

    Collaborate with school leadership to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

    Enrollment & Community Outreach

    Create and manage initiatives to attract and retain prospective families.

    Organize and promote community events.

    Foster relationships with local businesses, parent groups, and community organizations.

    Digital Marketing & Communications

    Oversee the school’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and on-brand.

    Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and newsletters.

    Manage online reputation and parent reviews on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook.

    Track website analytics and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.

    Branding & Visual Identity

    Maintain and elevate the school’s visual identity across all media.

    Coordinate design and production of branded items and promotional materials.

    Ensure staff and school materials reflect brand guidelines.

    Advertising & Media Relations

    Plan and manage advertising campaigns (print, digital, radio, etc.).

    Build relationships with local media and coordinate press releases or feature stories.

    Monitor and manage marketing budget and vendor contracts.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

    3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, early childhood, or service-based industries.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficient in social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Suite, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).

    Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad campaigns is a plus.

    Passion for early childhood education and family engagement.

    Salary Range: 50,000 - 60,000 per year

    Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, some occasional weekend / community events
