We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing in leading our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth, for this Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, multichannel strategies, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Lead brand positioning and messaging.
- Conduct market research to inform strategy.
- Ensure all branding is consistent across platforms, including with external PR firms.
- Target marketing to millennials and Gen X.
Website & Collateral
- Manage the company website, ensuring it is accurate, user-friendly, and compliant.
- Maintain all print and digital marketing materials.
- Ensure all content meets compliance standards (FINRA/SEC).
Digital Marketing & Communications
- Oversee content creation, email campaigns, and social media.
- Manage SEO and paid media efforts.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts to acquire new clients.
- Develop communication programs to support advisor recruitment and retention.
Public Relations
- Serve as the primary liaison for the PR agency.
- Coordinate media opportunities to elevate executive visibility.
- Lead the development of thought leadership content.
- Generate storyboards, podcasts, and other marketing efforts.
Events & Conferences
- Plan and execute company events, including a large national conference for around 300 people.
- Manage event logistics, branding, and sponsorships.
- Ensure all events deliver a high-quality, on-brand experience.
Project Management
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets.
- Work independently to oversee all marketing initiatives.
- Track performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
*This position has no direct reports; however, the business development and marketing teams work very closely together.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field of study is required.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
- Any Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) marketing experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Drives the position and department with clear direction and with thought leadership
