    Pricing & Margin Strategy

Set retail pricing and markup strategies aligned with brand positioning and margin goals.

Monitor product performance and recommend markdown, repositioning, or reshoot strategies for slow-moving inventory.

Maximize profitability through data-driven pricing decisions.

    Inventory Performance & Replenishment

Analyze sales trends and seasonal performance to suggest replenishment opportunities.

Identify high-performing products and support growth strategies for core categories.
