Qualicare Phoenix offers Non-medical home care services that focus on providing the best quality of life for our clients and peace of mind for their families.

    Job Summary Reporting to the Owner, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is Responsible for developing and maintaining key referral sources that will refer to Qualicare on a regular basis. Key referral sources include case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and others who work within Skilled Nursing, CCRC (IL, AL, MC), Home Health, Hospice and Hospitals.

    Responsibilities

    Meet or exceed established "new sales" quarterly/annual goals

    Develops a sales and marketing plan

    Plans and creates business development opportunities

    Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities in order to meet / exceed sales goals

    Track and report key metrics

    Establish weekly activity metrics (In-person sales calls, Lunch & Learns, Networking Events, community event)

    Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory

    Join and attendarea networking and Chamber groups

    Identifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposals

    Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community

    Manages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunities

    Participates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness

    Assist with assessments / intakes

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Must demonstrate quantifiable success in business development in an organization

    Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, sense of urgency, detail orientation and problem solving

    Presents well to clients and peers

    Must demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting

    Comfortable with closing/asking for the business

    Exhibit outstanding org. skills and a service attitude towards the community

    Social Media, email and online marketing knowledge

    Excellent written and oral skills

    Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and using CRM

    Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings

    Ability to handle confidential information

    Requires valid drivers license, reliable transportation and insurance

    Familiarity with social media platforms

    Strong time management and planning skills

    Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
