About the Role:

Join Executive Home Care of Freehold as the Director of Nurse - Home Care, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional in-home healthcare services. Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.

Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to enhance team performance.

Conduct regular evaluations of patient care and staff performance.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Manage budgets and resources to optimize service delivery.

Provide guidance on best practices in home healthcare.

Engage with families to address concerns and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Active RN license in New Jersey with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.

Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or home care setting.

Strong knowledge of home health regulations and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.

Experience in care plan development and implementation.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel locally as needed.
