Position Overview:
The Director of Nursing will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development across both long-term care (LTC) and short-term rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Drive quality outcomes and performance improvement initiatives
• Support staff development, retention, and engagement
• Collaborate closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Illinois)
• Proven experience as a DON or Assistant DON in a SNF/ LTC setting
• Strong knowledge of LTC and post-acute care operations
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
• Track record of survey success and quality outcomes

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $125,000 – $130,000
