Director of Nursing – Assisted Living

ALIGN Executive Search is partnering with a trusted nonprofit senior care provider to find a skilled Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team within an Assisted Living community that is part of a larger senior care campus.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations within the assisted living community

• Leading an experienced team of nurses and care staff

• Collaborating closely with an established Executive Director and hands-on regional team

• Ensuring compliance with all assisted living regulations

• Driving a resident-first care culture while supporting team development

What you’ll need:

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota

• Leadership experience in senior care (assisted living, long-term care, or home health)

• Familiarity with assisted living regulations and clinical operations
