Director of Nursing – Assisted Living & Memory Care
ALIGN Executive Search is partnering with a well-regarded senior living community in the Portland area to find a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations in an upscale Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN leader who values high standards of care, enjoys working with a higher-end clientele, and is looking to grow within a supportive and professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct all nursing services in compliance with current laws and regulations

• Ensure the highest quality of care and resident satisfaction across Assisted Living and Memory Care

• Lead, support, and develop a strong clinical team

What You’ll Need to Qualify:

• 3+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing in an Assisted Living setting

• Nurses with Home Health or Long-Term Care leadership experience will also be considered

• Experience serving higher-end clientele is a plus

• Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon
