How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead and oversee all home care services to ensure safe, high‑quality client care

Shape agency policies, procedures, and clinical standards

Drive quality improvement through QAPI oversight and data‑driven decision‑making

Serve as Acting Administrator when needed

Cross trained to conduct comprehensive client assessments and advocate for client needs

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards

Support staff through supervision, training and coaching

Promote safety, infection control, and best practices

What You Bring

Current RN license

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Geriatric or home care experience required

Supervisory experience required

Strong leadership and communication skills

CPR certification

Reliable transportation
