Director of Nursing (DON) for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary

We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department at our skilled nursing facility in Ellicott City, MD. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for clinical quality, staffing, survey readiness, and day-to-day operations of the nursing team, working closely with the administrator and interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

\- Active Maryland RN license in good standing

\- Nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (DON or ADON preferred)

\- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations, survey process, and MDS

\- Strong leadership, staffing, and budget management skills

Responsibilities:

\- Lead, coach, and supervise the nursing team

\- Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and survey readiness

\- Manage staffing, scheduling, and the nursing budget

\- Oversee care planning and resident outcomes

\- Partner with the administrator and interdisciplinary team
