Position Details
- Position Title: Director of Nursing
- Location: Duplain, MI
- Experience: Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Licenses: RN required
- Compensation: $100,000 and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with realistic performance-based incentives.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan
- Prior DON experience or strong ADON ready to step up
- Demonstrated success in clinical team leadership
- Solid understanding of compliance and clinical systems
- Calm presence with the ability to rebuild team trust and accountability
Responsibilities
- Provide stable, consistent clinical leadership across the building
- Lead and support unit managers and newer nurse leaders
- Collaborate with strong MDS nurse to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
- Reinforce expectations, accountability, and nurse engagement
- Serve as clinical face of the building with staff, families, and referral sources
