Job Title: Director of Nursing Services (DON)

Position Type: Permanent
Requirements:
Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact)
Minimum 2+ years of long-term care experience
Prior leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, ADON/DON)
Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

Certifications:
Active RN license (NH or Compact)
BLS preferred

Responsibilities:
Oversee all nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care
Supervise and support nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility standards
Lead QAPI initiatives and drive continuous quality improvement
Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budget
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Monitor documentation, care plans, and clinical practices
Promote a culture of patient-centered care, safety, and staff development
