A Director of Nursing (RN) - Skilled Nursing is needed in Fort Myers, FL.

This position is with a non-profit continuing care retirement community that provides independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and a variety of amenities and support services for people 60 and older.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is $125,000 - $140,000
- Relocation Bonus Up to $10,000 for Out of State

Responsibilities
- Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Needs of the building will determine the schedule as it runs 24/7.
- Responsible for staff in the building on all shifts so nights, weekends, or holidays may be needed to resolve an employee / resident issue or may need to take a cart in the event of an emergency
- Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer
- Presides over 180 Skilled Nursing Units and 150 Employees
- Clinical leadership including but not limited to monitoring of Quality Measures, Incident Reports, Wound Management, Infection Control, Risk Management, Process Improvement Projects, and Policy Development
- Assume responsibility for facility in the absence of the Administrator
Requirements
- Current And Active License in the State of Florida
- BSN Preferred
- Progressive Leadership in a Clinical Environment Required
- Training and/or experience in Long-Term Care and/or Rehabilitation.
