Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing and clinical care at our senior living community in Lake Mary, FL. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical quality of the community, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the nursing and care team

- Oversee resident care plans and clinical quality

- Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable requirements

- Coordinate with residents#39; families and healthcare providers

- Hire, train, and schedule nursing staff

Requirements

- Active RN license (required)

- Senior living experience (required)

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
