    A Skilled Nursing Facility in Princeton, IN is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team. This leadership opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in resident care, mentor nursing staff, and help maintain high-quality standards in a supportive healthcare environment.

    Position Overview: The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations within the skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This includes ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, promoting person-centered care, managing nursing staff performance, and supporting positive resident outcomes.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Direct and supervise all nursing department operations

    Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

    Oversee infection control, documentation, and quality assurance programs

    Lead and mentor nursing staff to achieve clinical excellence

    Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

    Maintain a culture of compassion, professionalism, and accountability

    Qualifications:

    Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana

    Minimum of 1 years of clinical management or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

    Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

    Passion for resident-centered care and team development
