Director of Nursing – Skilled Nursing Facility

ALIGN Executive Search is partnering with a respected faith-based nonprofit senior care provider to find a dedicated Director of Nursing to oversee the skilled nursing portion of a well-established senior care campus.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the clinical operations of the skilled nursing facility

• Collaborating with a fully staffed clinical team and supportive regional leadership

• Fostering a resident-first culture across the care team

• Ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and staff development

• Maintaining systems that minimize on-call demands and promote work-life balance

What you’ll need:

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota

• Leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting

• A passion for senior care and a strong commitment to resident-centered service
