The Director of Nursing Services must be a registered nurse in the state of Rhode Island. He/she is responsible for the clinical aspects of the home care agency. He/she facilitates intake, develops Plan of Care, supervises and trains caregivers, and provides in-home assessments, including plan review. This person should be familiar with home care licensing regulations, standards of care, and other federal and state laws pertaining to home care services. Flexible schedule, and minimal administrative tasks. Per diem or part time hours are acceptable.
