    Job Summary:

    The Director of Operation PM at Chick-fil-A Woodbury is responsible for overseeing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement within the business. This individual will guide and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and vision. The role requires strategic leadership, with a focus on performance metrics, systems optimization, and employee development. The Director of Operations will report directly to the General Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead weekly team huddles and reporting sessions to track and achieve scorecard goals.

    Oversee the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:

    Attendance management (e.g., call-outs and time punch issues)

    Drive-thru performance and analytics

    Cash flow management

    Labor and productivity optimization

    Kitchen operations, staffing, and food safety

    Coordinate marketing events and evaluate their impact on operations.

    Manage scheduling and inventory ordering processes.

    Maintain and monitor Personal Development Plans for team members.

    Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and quality standards.

    Maintain top-tier customer experience metrics (CEMs) and monitor daily performance updates.

    Collaborate effectively with the General Manager to communicate business health and implement improvements.

    Expected Results:

    Achieve top 20% performance in CEM scores.

    Maintain Drive-thru stats with a minimum of 80% SOS.

    Achieve an overall satisfaction score greater than 80%.

    Ensure labor costs are between 21.5%-23% with productivity of $88-$93/hr.

    Stay within the top 33% for labor hours.
