Position Overview: As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance, managing staff, and expanding our client base through marketing and community outreach. You will work closely with caregivers, clients, and referral partners to enhance our agency’s reputation and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Compliance • Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery. • Oversee scheduling staff and caregiver-client matching to optimize care. • Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry best practices. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve workflow. • Conduct sofa visits to educate potential clients and families on home care services in a way that will encourage new client to sign on. • Oversee caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. • Handle billing, payroll, client concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution.
Marketing & Business Development • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the agency’s client base. • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, case managers, etc.). • Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and industry conferences to promote the agency. • Identify and secure partnerships that generate referrals. • Work with the team to enhance the agency’s online presence and community engagement.
Leadership & Team Management • Provide leadership and support to office staff and caregivers. • Foster a positive and productive work environment. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for agency success.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field (operations or business development preferred).
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across different levels of an organization.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies for community engagement.
Self-driven and self-disciplined, determined to independently drive results.
