    Client & Project Execution

    • Maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and stakeholders
    • Act as escalation point for project issues and ensure timely resolution
    • Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and service expectations

    Coordination & Planning

    • Strong understanding of construction workflows, project execution, and trade coordination
    • Experience implementing structured processes, KPIs, and accountability systems
    • Strong communication and leadership skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment

    Must-Have Capabilities
