    Director of Operations Hampton Inn & Suites Harmarville, PA

    We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Director of Operations to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Harmarville. This position works closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.

    The Director of Operations plays a key leadership role by supporting department managers, coaching team members, maintaining operational standards, and helping drive guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

    Enjoy leading and developing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

    Have experience supervising hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance.

    Are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns.

    Can assist with staffing, training, coaching, and employee development.

    Are comfortable monitoring daily hotel operations and ensuring brand standards are met.

    Can help department leaders achieve productivity, service, and quality goals.

    Enjoy being visible and engaged with both guests and team members throughout the hotel.

    Are organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.

    Can assist the General Manager with operational planning, labor management, and overall hotel performance.

    Lead by example and help create a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Previous hotel leadership experience preferred.

    Experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, Operations, or Hotel Management preferred.

    Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
