    Position Summary As Director of Operations, you will lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and manage our care team. You'll supervise our Operations Specialist, handle caregiver recruitment and training, conduct in-home assessments, and develop systems that support scale.

    This is a field-based role with responsibility across Georgetown, Leander, Round Rock, Lakeway, and surrounding areas. You must be comfortable working hands-on with clients, caregivers, and community partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    Grow the Business

    Conduct in-home assessments and convert inbound leads

    Build referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, and partners

    Represent the agency at networking events and in the community

    Increase weekly care hours and hit revenue goals

    Lead Daily Operations

    Oversee scheduling and ensure smooth service delivery

    Support recruiting and shift coverage with the Operations Specialist

    Build systems to improve shift compliance and retention

    Maintain regulatory and quality compliance

    Team Leadership

    Lead caregiver hiring, onboarding, and training

    Implement an accountability model and coach team members

    Foster a high-performance, client-focused team culture

    What Success Looks Like

    Weekly care hours increase 15% each quarter

    Reliable shift coverage and low call-out rates

    High client satisfaction and strong referrals

    Daily operations run smoothly with reduced owner involvement

    A strong, scalable care team is in place

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree preferred (healthcare, business, or related field)

    3+ years in home care, senior care, hospice, or healthcare operations

    Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills

    Proficient with scheduling tools, CRMs, spreadsheets

    Willing to travel throughout the North Austin area

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

    Performance-Based Raises: Your salary will grow directly with business performance, including milestones like increased weekly care hours, client growth, and team scalability.

    Equity Opportunity: After 1 year of strong performance

    Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and mileage reimbursement
