    Insero Talent Solutions is recruiting a Director of Operations for a manufacturing company in Rochester, NY.

    The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources. This role collaborates closely with department heads to implement operational strategies, streamline processes, and drive performance in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Lead and manage daily business operations across departments to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

    · Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices that support the company’s goals.

    · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure accountability.

    · Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency.

    · Collaborate with leadership to set performance goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    · Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

    · Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration across teams.

    · Evaluate vendor contracts and relationships to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.

    · Drive operational excellence through innovation and strategic problem-solving.

     

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

    · Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related area.

    · Strong understanding of business functions including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.

    · Proven track record of driving process improvement and organizational efficiency.

    · Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

    · Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
