    We're searching for a Director of Operations to join the PNS team, reporting directly to the COO. In this role, you'll drive the seamless operation of our eight (and growing!) clinical locations. You'll have comprehensive oversight of patient information management, from refining our intake processes and call center efficiency to optimizing medical records and prior authorizations. You'll also lead the operational strategy for our interventional treatment programs including Spravato, TMS, and VNS, ensuring they run with unparalleled efficiency and effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the operational management team.

    Oversee the daily operations of all clinic locations.

    Create, implement, and recommend operational policies and procedures.

    Resolve issues related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment, and supplies.

    Represent clinics and interact with regulatory agencies, insurance carriers, and other professional and community groups as needed.

    Participate in the evolution and refinement of quality improvement processes.

    Enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing high-quality patient care.

    Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

    Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of team members.

    Lead managers to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

    Monitor, train, mentor, coach and discipline employees.

    Conduct annual performance evaluations.

    Oversee patients’ complaints and issues.

    Develop plans and programs to monitor patient relations and respond to patient satisfaction surveys.

    Travel between all of the offices located throughout Orange County, Long Beach, Corona, and future locations.

    Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

    5-10+ years of experience overseeing multi-functional, multi-locational teams over 50+ employees.

    Previous experience working within a medical setting, psychiatric practice preferred.

    Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems (eCW) and basic understanding of medical compliance requirements.

    Demonstrated ability to manage and improve operational processes.

    Must be able to interact with all levels of employees and patients in a professional manner.

    Able to travel locally within the Orange County/Long Beach/Corona areas and any future locations.
