    Martin Photography Real-Estate Media is a fast-growing real estate media agency operating across Northeast Ohio and Central Florida. We specialize in premium listing photo/video services, 3D tours, aerial media, and agent branding content. With a commitment to fast turnarounds, consistent communication, and creative excellence, we support 250+ realtors and growing.

    We’re looking for a proactive Director of Operations who can keep our daily operations flowing seamlessly and support our team of photographers, editors, and clients with scheduling, media delivery, and CRM coordination.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Scheduling & Coordination

    Set the daily schedule for our photographers and service providers through Tonomo (booking/scheduling platform).

    Confirm next-day appointments with clients (time, address, services) and upsell additional services like drone, floorplans, and reels.

    Ensure all appointment details are accurate in the system for overnight editing.

    Client Media Delivery

    Review, organize, and deliver completed media to clients ensuring all ordered services are included.

    Resolve any discrepancies using Tonomo records or by communicating directly with clients.

    Communication & CRM

    Answer calls, texts, and emails through our OpenPhone CRM.

    Coordinate with photographers and editors to resolve any last-minute shoot or editing issues.

    Communicate promptly and professionally with real estate agents and internal teams.

    Back-End Admin & Reports

    Export monthly mileage logs for contractor reimbursements.

    Generate yearly invoice reports for agents (training provided).

    Keep records organized and up-to-date in Tonomo.

    Billing & Invoicing

    Use Tonomo to manage automatic invoicing and respond to payment questions.

    Assist in resolving any account discrepancies.

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience in operations, admin support, or logistics (1+ year preferred).

    Confident with cloud-based platforms (Tonomo, Google Drive, CRMs).

    Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

    A calm, organized problem solver who can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.

    Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident calling or emailing clients.

    Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, environment.
