Director of Operations & Strategy

Location: Northwest Pennsylvania (Relocation Assistance Available)

A growing industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a major production facility. This role will drive performance, profitability, and long-term capability building across manufacturing, planning, engineering, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all site operations with full P&L ownership.

• Oversee manufacturing, planning, scheduling, and safety functions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet delivery, quality, and cost goals.

• Drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and automation initiatives.

• Maintain positive labor relations in a union environment.

• Translate corporate goals into executable site-level strategies.

Ideal Background:

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership.

• Experience managing site-level financial performance.

• Strong planning and ERP skills (SAP a plus).

• Proven ability to lead teams through change and growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 plus 20% target bonus.
