Director of Operations & Logistics

We’re partnered with a fast-growing DTC apparel brand based in West Hollywood, known for tight execution, high-velocity product drops, and a loyal community-driven customer base. They’re expanding and looking for a Director of Operations to own end-to-end ops across fulfillment/3PL, logistics & freight, e-commerce operations, and operational readiness for launches - while leading cross-functional execution and building scalable systems.

This is a strategic + roll-up-your-sleeves role in a fast-paced environment where operational details actually matter (because the internet never forgives a missed ship date).

Term: Full-time / Direct Hire
Location: Hybrid / WFH Fridays - West Hollywood, CA
Compensation: $150K–$170K base DOE + bonus + benefits

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or Fulfillment within apparel/consumer goods/omnichannel retail
• Proven ownership of 3PL performance management (inbound accuracy, outbound SLAs, fulfillment timelines, invoice review)
• Strong experience coordinating international freight (air/sea), import documentation, and landed cost tracking
• Comfort operating across Shopify + e-comm ops tools (order/returns platforms, shipping workflows, etc.)
• Strong project management chops—able to run drop/launch readiness meetings, align teams, and drive follow-through
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Production, Planning, E-Comm, CS, external partners)
• Data-driven operator: can build reporting, spot friction points, and turn chaos into SOPs
• Thrives in a high-growth, high-accountability environment—hands-on, decisive, and organized
