About the Role:

Join The Goddard School of Simpsonville located at Harrison Bridge Rd. as the Director of Operations, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for our children. We are seeking a passionate leader who can manage daily operations while fostering a nurturing environment for both staff and students.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.

Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Monitor budget and financial performance to ensure sustainability.

Collaborate with parents and community partners to enhance educational programs.

Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and quality standards.

Lead marketing efforts to promote the school and attract new families.

Facilitate communication between staff, parents, and the corporate office.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in educational administration or operations management.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of early childhood education standards and regulations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in budgeting and financial management.

Passion for fostering a positive learning environment for children.
