We are seeking a dynamic and confident Director of People & Culture to lead HR across our multi-site organization, serving a workforce of 400+ employees. This executive-level role goes beyond traditional HR — you’ll be the cultural ambassador and internal leader who connects every level of the company, from senior leadership to frontline staff.

This is a high-impact position where your ability to inspire, manage, and connect will be just as important as your technical HR skill set. You’ll oversee a team of 6+ direct reports and play a key role in strengthening company culture, increasing employee satisfaction, and building operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of 6+ HR professionals including employee experience and administrative staff.

    • Be the Face of the Company: Represent the organization at internal events such as company-wide roundtables, serving as the confident and engaging voice that rallies employees around the mission.

    • Bridge Cultures & Hierarchies: Navigate and connect with a diverse employee population, including executive leaders and a broad, multicultural frontline workforce.

    • Drive Employee Satisfaction: Serve as a go-to leader for employees, proactively identifying and solving challenges while fostering a supportive environment.

    • Shape Culture: Build initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and alignment with company values.

    • Oversee HR Operations: Ensure excellence in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with all HR regulations.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Experienced HR Leader: experience in a senior HR leadership role, managing several direct reports.

    • Confident & Charismatic: Able to lead all-hands meetings, address large groups, and serve as the "cheerleader" for the team.

    • Emotionally Intelligent: Skilled at connecting with employees from varied backgrounds, and intuitively understands how to support both executive and frontline staff.

    • Culture Champion: Strong track record of fostering inclusive and values-driven workplace culture.

    • Adaptable & Strategic: Able to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

    • HR Generalist Background: Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance; healthcare experience a plus but not required.

    Why Join Us

This is more than a job — it’s a leadership opportunity where your presence will be felt company-wide. If you’re energized by human connection, organizational impact, and building environments where people thrive — we’d love to meet you.
