Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preschool Director for our Preschool Gymnastics Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and a nurturing approach to working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children

• Instruct and run parent-toddler gymnastics classes and preschool classes.

• Supervise and support teaching staff in lesson planning, class management, and student engagement

• Ensure compliance with Paramount's philosophy and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment

• Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development

• Manage preschool staffing needs

• Organize and oversee special events and weekly/monthly communication to parents

Experience

• Previous experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting

• Knowledge of sports coaching, gymnastics, childcare, and gym activities is required

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
