    Description Looking for a pediatric occupational therapist with experience in primitive reflex integration, sensory integration, and executive functioning skills.

    Professional Degree/Credential Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (ORT/L WI State License) or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT WI State License)

    Position Overview This position revolves around a small, client-centered therapy clinic committed to providing holistic, evidence-informed care for individuals across the lifespan. This clinic specializes in developmental, sensory, and neurological approaches that support meaningful and functional participation in daily life and academic settings. Therapy will be provided in-person by either a licensed occupational therapist or licensed physical therapist with specialized training and/or background in primitive reflex integration and working with neurodivergent clients, including individuals with autism, ADD, ADHD, learning disabilities, TBI, sensory processing disorder, etc. This position requires knowledge of neurodevelopmental and strengths-based approaches to help clients achieve greater regulation, coordination, and cognitive control.

    Basic Job Requirements & Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in the state of Wisconsin

    Training or background in primitive reflex integration approaches (e.g., MNRI, RMT, INPP, or similar)

    Strong understanding of executive functioning development and related therapeutic strategies

    Knowledge and experience conducting comprehensive evaluations, creating treatments plans, measuring growth, and maintaining therapy notes

    Experience working with clients with autism, ADD, and/or ADHD using neurodiversity-affirming approaches

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

    Comfort working independently and managing a flexible caseload
