The Opportunity
Adobe Lightroom is the world’s leading photography ecosystem, empowering users to seamlessly edit, manage, store, and share images across mobile, desktop, and web. We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Lightroom Mobile .
You’ll define and drive the product vision, lead a team of talented product managers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, user-centric experiences that serve tens of millions of users-from creative professionals to content creators and photo enthusiasts-across iOS, iPadOS, and Android . You will own the business performance, lead the creation and execution of OKRs, and define a compelling product roadmap in close collaboration with cross-functional partners-including engineering, design, product marketing, growth, GTM, finance, and data science.
Lightroom Mobile serves tens of millions of users-from creative professionals to content creators and photo enthusiasts-across iOS, iPadOS, and Android. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobile photography at Adobe.
What You’ll Do
**Vision & Strategy Ownership **
Own the end-to-end product strategy for Lightroom Mobile, ensuring it evolves to meet the needs of mobile-first photographers and creators.
Define and lead business performance metrics including revenue, free and paid user growth, retention, and engagement.
Set and drive OKRs aligned with Adobe’s broader photography strategy and growth goals.
**Product Vision & Execution **
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Lightroom Mobile ensuring it evolves to meet the needs of mobile photographers.
Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-impact features and experiences.
Develop a forward-looking vision for mobile photography workflows-from capture to editing to sharing-integrating the transformative potential of agents and generative AI.
**Team & Cross-Functional Leadership **
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and customer obsession
Collaborate with engineering, design, growth, GTM, marketing, and finance to align priorities and execution plans.
Work closely with data science to define and monitor key metrics including funnel performance, attribution, and retention.
Represent Lightroom Mobile in strategic forums and planning cycles across Adobe.
Partner with external collaborators including platform partners, technology vendors, and strategic alliances to unlock innovation and growth .
**Customer & Market Insight **
Deeply understand the needs of mobile photographers across skill levels, geographies, and use cases.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions and prioritize investments.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform shifts, and competitive dynamics to ensure Lightroom remains a category leader.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven track record of leading mobile product teams and delivering business impact at scale.
Experience managing OKRs and driving performance in high-growth environments.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for photography and empathy for creative users.
Experience with product-led growth, mobile onboarding, and monetization strategies is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $166,100 -- $334,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
