This role is responsible for defining what great looks like for Firefly example projects and ensuring creators see inspiring, high quality work that demonstrates the full power of AI driven creativity combined with Adobe’s professional tools.

The ideal candidate is a proven AI filmmaker with deep hands on experience across generative models and Adobe’s desktop creative suite. This is an opportunity to shape how millions of creators learn, explore, and fall in love with AI powered creativity at Adobe.

    What You’ll Do

    • Define the creative vision and quality bar for all example projects, tutorials, and featured content within Firefly Hub.

    • Lead the creation of AI powered image and video projects that demonstrate Firefly capabilities across ideation, generation, editing, and finishing.

    • Ensure content showcases both cutting edge generative AI techniques and professional grade creative workflows using Adobe tools.

    • Partner closely with Product Management to align content with onboarding goals, feature launches, and key user journeys.

    • Partner closely with Growth to ensure content drives activation, engagement, and learning outcomes.

    • Lead and manage a team of AI image and video creators, setting creative direction, workflows, and production standards.

    • Stay deeply hands on with emerging AI models, tools, and techniques, continuously evolving the creative playbook for Firefly.

    • Translate complex AI workflows into clear, compelling creative examples that inspire and educate creators.

    • Collaborate with design, engineering, and research teams to test new ideas and surface best practices.

    • Represent Firefly creatively inside and outside Adobe through demos, presentations, and featured work.

    What’s Needed for Success

    • Proven experience as an AI filmmaker or creative technologist, with a strong portfolio of AI powered film or video work.

    • Deep familiarity with leading generative AI models and techniques for image and video creation.

    • Deep hands on experience with Adobe’s professional creative tools, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related workflows.

    • Experience working in or with film studios, creative studios, or production teams.

    • Demonstrated experience leading and managing large teams of creative professionals.

    • Strong creative judgment and the ability to set and maintain a high quality bar.

    • Ability to balance experimentation with production discipline and delivery timelines.

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, growth, and engineering teams.
