About Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our impact by growing enrollments and building strong community partnerships.

Position Summary The Program Director is the heartbeat of our Soccer Shots organization. This leader plays a critical role in shaping the experience of our coaches, families, and most importantly the children in our community. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, a positive role model, and a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities As Program Director, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting your team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, fun, and engaging Soccer Shots programs.You will be accountable for the growth of the organization in terms of enrollments and partnerships.

Leadership & Team Development

Mentor, train, and develop coaches and team leaders to reach their full potential

Foster a positive, accountable, and values-driven team culture

Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

Growing Partnerships & Enrollments

Coach children using Soccer Shots’ age-appropriate, fun, and interactive curriculum

Grow our impact by finding like-minded partners who value the development of children through play

Grant applications and district requirements

Customer & Community Support

Build strong relationships with families, partners, and community organizations

Support customer needs with empathy, responsiveness, and solutions-focused thinking

Represent Soccer Shots as a trusted leader in the community

Operations & Problem Solving

Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems as they arise

Support scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day program needs

Maintain accountability for program standards and team performance

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

Competitive base salary $26-$29 plus commission/bonus opportunities.

Mileage reimbursement for travel
