    Director of Construction Operations
    Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 / year (D.O.E.)

    What you’ll do as a Director of Construction
    • Integrate Safety Practices and Quality Standards across all Operational Activities
    • Support/Direct/Monitor/Lead Project Management and Construction Operations for multiple offices or markets as assigned
    • Execute assigned projects on time and under budget, to our customer’s satisfaction
    • Develop and implement effective construction management strategies and drive profitable growth
    • Implement construction activity to increase productivity and project delivery goals
    • Ensure high levels of performance
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Manage subcontracting resources, with accountability for subcontracting compliance and quality of work performed
    • Perform any other job duties associated with a senior leadership role as assigned

    What you’ll need
    • To be 18 years of age or older
    • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
    • 12 years of construction management experience, preferably in telecommunications
    • Successfully led construction, engineering, and business functions at a high-growth telecommunications company, preferably with AT&T, Lumen, and Verizon
    • Consistent record of accomplishment within a leadership role
    • Proven skill in developing and coaching team members to maximize their capabilities and skill
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a relevant career field
    • Must be willing to travel domestically 50–75% of the time

    Physical abilities & exposures
    • Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, use keyboard and mouse
    • Occasionally: use portable ladder, work in confined spaces, and climb stairs
