We are a well-established and growing property management company in Albany seeking an experienced Director of Property Management to lead our expanding portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across our multi-family residential portfolio

Lead, coach, and develop a team of property managers, maintenance supervisors, and leasing staff

Maintain high occupancy, strong tenant satisfaction, and full regulatory compliance

Manage budgeting, financial performance, and vendor relationships

Drive operational efficiency and property results

Requirements:

5+ years of progressive multi-family property management experience

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with AppFolio (required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
