Position Title: Director of Rehabilitation, Stockton, CA
Location: Stockton, CA
Compensation: $45-$60/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, no weekend rotation
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation

A rehabilitation-focused skilled nursing organization providing post-acute care services.

Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Oversee daily rehabilitation department operations
• Lead therapy staff and ensure quality patient care delivery
• Coordinate interdisciplinary rehabilitation services and compliance initiatives

Requirements
• Current therapy licensure required
• Leadership experience in rehabilitation services preferred
• Candidates with only COTA or PTA credentials are not eligible
