Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary of $90,000

Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, rotating between Immokalee and Naples locations
- Ensure compliance with HRSA, AAAHC, FTCA, and other regulatory standards; lead applications, audits, and reporting processes
- Oversee investigation and resolution of adverse events, near misses, and patient safety incidents; lead root cause analyses and corrective actions
- Manage all aspects of FTCA program, including risk assessments, claims, databank maintenance, and required reporting
- Analyze incident data and patient complaints to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; prepare reports for leadership and regulatory agencies
- Develop and update risk management policies in alignment with FQHC standards; collaborate with quality and population health teams
- Serve as the subject matter expert in risk management; advise staff and leadership; represent the organization during audits and reviews
- Partner with Patient Access to ensure a safe, patient-centered care environment
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training on risk, safety, HIPAA, OSHA, and compliance practices for all staff
Requirements
- Clear and active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida
- FQHC experience required
- Experience with FTCA, risk management, and safety required
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatrics
