SERVPRO of Wolfe Restoration, Inc. is adding a Director of Roofing and Board-Up to our team!

We are seeking a Director of Roofing and Board-Up to lead our roofing restoration and exterior emergency services. This role oversees roofing restoration, emergency board-up, and temporary repairs, ensuring rapid response, safety, quality, and profitability.

This is a newly created position and a new division of the company. The Director will be responsible for establishing the department from the ground up and driving growth, scalability, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead the Roofing and Board-Up division, including structure, processes, and performance standards

Oversee emergency services and full roofing restoration projects

Drive operational efficiency, safety compliance, and quality standards

Manage budgets, job costing, and divisional performance

Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and vendors

Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies

Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED; Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred

7–10 years of experience in roofing restoration, including leadership role

Strong knowledge of insurance claims and storm response

Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments

OSHA 30 and industry certifications preferred

Work Environment

Office and field-based role with on-call availability during storm events
