Director of Safety & Security
Area: Greater Cincinnati Area
Shift: School Hours (Approx. 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, aligned with school calendar)

Job Summary:

• Lead and manage all school safety, security, and emergency preparedness programs across campus
• Serve as the primary liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services
• Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans and safety procedures
• Conduct safety drills, training programs, and preparedness initiatives for staff and students
• Maintain visible presence on campus to promote safety, assist with traffic flow, and build relationships with students and staff
• Monitor campus activity, identify risks, and proactively prevent security issues
• Oversee safety compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate security needs for special events, incidents, and day-to-day operations
• Manage documentation, reporting, and communication related to safety programs
• Support a positive school culture through approachable, relationship-driven leadership
