    Lead Strategic Growth in AI and Digital Transformation

    Molaprise is looking for a Director of Sales to lead and expand our strategic accounts across the public sector (SLED) and enterprise verticals including finance, energy, oil and gas, and professional services.

    This is a senior, high-impact role focused on driving adoption of AI, cloud, and security solutions with clients navigating large-scale digital transformation.

    You’ll operate as both a relationship builder and a strategic problem solver — developing executive-level trust, aligning solution strategy with client needs, and driving revenue growth through complex, consultative selling.

    What You’ll Do

    Growth & Go-to-Market Leadership

    • Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for AI and enterprise engineering offerings

    • Identify and prioritize high-value market opportunities across key sectors — including finance, public sector, and energy

    • Lead pipeline development from strategic prospecting and partnership building to closing enterprise-scale deals

    • Define revenue goals, performance KPIs, and account growth plans in alignment with corporate strategy

    • Partner with technology and engineering leadership to translate innovation into commercial value

    Sales & Business Development

    • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and business development team across the U.S. and global markets

    • Own and drive the sales process — from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and long-term account growth

    • Lead executive-level client relationships, delivering strategic solutions that align with both technical and business outcomes

    • Collaborate with cloud and technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) to co-sell and co-market joint solutions

    • Leverage data-driven insights and AI tools to improve sales forecasting, targeting, and client engagement strategies

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, solution alignment, and market fit

    • Contribute to development of new solution offerings, bringing customer insights into product and service innovation

    • Partner with delivery teams to ensure excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and ongoing relationship value

    What We’re Looking For

    • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably with experience selling into SLED or regulated enterprise sectors

    • Proven success building and scaling sales organizations, including recruiting, training, and performance management

    • Deep familiarity with enterprise technology (AI, Cloud, Data Engineering) and ability to communicate complex solutions to C-suite buyers

    • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets in multi-million-dollar accounts

    • Strong experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and joint go-to-market execution

    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a passion for turning innovation into growth

    Preferred Experience

    • Familiarity with AI use cases in government, education, energy, or financial services

    • Background in AI-native product or solution sales, with understanding of software development and systems integration lifecycles

    • Experience working with public sector or financial clients on digital transformation or modernization initiatives

    • Prior experience with partner alliances and channel strategy with top cloud or AI providers
