    Company: A national provider of outsourced facility solutions specializing in landscaping, exterior maintenance, and subcontractor coordination for multi-site clients.

    Location: Richmond, VA (preferred) or remote within Eastern or Central Time Zones

This is a key leadership role for a proven business developer ready to lead sales strategy, drive profitability, and help scale a stabilized company following a strong turnaround.

With new leadership in place and profitability restored, this role offers the chance to make an immediate and measurable impact on revenue growth and margin performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own national sales strategy across landscaping and facility maintenance services
    • Build and manage a profitable sales pipeline with strong margin controls
    • Respond to RFPs and drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closeLead contract negotiations and client onboarding handoffsSupport pricing strategy and estimating (until full-time estimator is hired)
    • Establish and enforce CRM best practices (HubSpot)
    • Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure service delivery alignment
    • Help define long-term sales infrastructure and hiring roadmap

    Qualifications:

    • 7–10+ years in B2B sales for subcontracted services (landscaping, facilities, etc.)
    • Experience selling to multi-site, regional, or national clients
    • Proven track record of exceeding revenue and margin targets
    • Skilled in RFPs, contract negotiation, pricing, and margin protection
    • Comfortable estimating work independently
    • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
    • Strategic and tactical mindset: able to close deals and build process
    • Hands-on, accountable, and financially literate

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $100K–$120K
    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130K–$150K realistic in Year 1
    • Uncapped commission potential ($200K+ once ramped)
    • Margin-based commission model, paid upon receivables
