    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven sales leader to oversee our sales team and drive continued revenue growth. This role requires experience leading teams of 10+, proven success in scaling revenue year over year, and the ability to execute KPIs with accountability and precision. The VP of Sales will play a critical role in shaping client relationships, expanding market share, and driving business development initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 10+ professionals
    • Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
    • Establish, track, and ensure accountability for KPIs across the team
    • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities
    • Partner with leadership to expand into new markets and channels
    • Drive a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement

    Qualifications

    • 5-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
    • Proven track record of scaling annual revenue in building materials or related industries
    • Strong background in team leadership, KPI execution, and performance accountability
    • Excellent business development and client relationship management skills
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities

    Must-Haves

    • Experience leading a sales team of 10+ with direct accountability
    • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue year over year
    • Strong KPI-driven leadership style with proven results
    • Background in building materials, construction products, or related industry sales
    • Track record of driving client acquisition and retention at a large revenue scale
