We are dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, from weddings and corporate retreats to wine-inspired celebrations.

    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales & Catering to lead our sales and events teams. This individual will drive revenue growth, elevate guest experiences, and strengthen our market presence by overseeing all sales, catering and event operations. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with a proven track record in hospitality sales and passion for service excellence, and strong relationships within the meetings, events, and leisure markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenues across group sales, weddings, social events, and catering.

    Lead, mentor and motivate the sales and catering team to achieve departmental and resort-wide goals.

    Foster strong client relationships through proactive outreach, site visits and contract negotiations.

    Partner with marketing to enhance visibility and brand awareness in target market.

    Collaborate with operations, culinary and evet services teams to ensure flawless execution of events.

    Analyze market trends, competitor activity and financial reports to identify opportunities and risks.

    Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for sales and catering.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.

    Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in hospitality sales and catering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

    Proven success in driving group and catering revenues within a luxury resort, hotel or event venue.

    Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

    Knowledge of the Temecula Valley market and wine country hospitality is a plus.

    Proficiency in sales and catering software e.g. Delphi
