    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and develop our in-home sales team for Southeastern PA and Delaware.

    Essential Job Functions:

    Lead four Sales Managers and approximately 50 Design Consultants

    Effectively use sales reports, metrics, and forecasts

    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual projections

    Maintain and enhance sales training programs for new and existing Design Consultants

    Oversee the implementation of sales strategies, policies, and procedures

    Use market data, statistics, and trends to establish goals

    Manage the sales department budget

    Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and business partners

    Grow our network of commercial accounts

    Step in as needed to support negotiations and help close agreements

    Provide timely solutions aligned with client needs

    Stay current on, and communicate about, product launches

    Create presentations for meetings, business partners, and corporate executives

    Identify marketing gaps and adjust plans accordingly

    Attend business events to network with potential clients and partners

    Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with other leaders across the organization

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar (advanced degree preferred)

    In-Home home improvement sales background

    10+ years in sales management directing and managing Sales Managers (preferably as a Sales Director or National Sales Manager)

    Strong command of sales performance metrics, forecasting, negotiation, and team leadership

    Proficiency with MS Office/Excel and Google Suite; working knowledge of CRM and sales management software

    Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
