Overview: Darco International, a global leader in innovative foot and ankle products since 1985, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth from our Huntington, WV headquarters. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can blend strategy with execution.

Responsibilities: · Lead, mentor, and motivate our sales team.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

· Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare partners. · Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams for successful product launches.

Reports directly to the President, CEO on performance and market insights, along with sales forecasting.

Qualifications: · 7+ years in sales with 3+ years in a management role, preferably in the medical foot and ankle care market.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Skilled in building teams and developing talent.

· Strong communicator with data-driven decision-making skills.

· Comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, and key accounts.

· Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows, client visits, and corporate events.
