    Director of Sales & Enrollment - Ontario, CA (In-Person) Base Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 Total Earnings: Up to $275,000+ with commissions

    About the Company My client is one of the fastest-growing entrepreneurship academies in the world. They specialize in helping entrepreneurs, coaches, and digital product creators scale their businesses through proven systems, social media marketing, and high-ticket digital programs. The company is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Sales Director who can take full ownership of the sales organization and scale it to the next level.

    This is a high-impact, executive-level role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with accountability, and knows how to build people, systems, and revenue engines that scale.

    Role Overview

    • The Sales Director will oversee the entire sales department, including appointment setters, high-ticket closers, outbound representatives, and event-based sales teams.
    • This leader will architect the sales infrastructure, drive revenue growth, and ensure consistent performance across all sales channels.
    • The Sales Director will sit on the Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the full sales department, including setters, closers, outbound teams, and enrollment specialists.
    • Build, refine, and optimize a scalable sales infrastructure aligned with company goals.
    • Drive revenue through outbound strategies, event sales, and strategic pipeline management.
    • Establish, monitor, and improve department KPIs to ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability.
    • Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve top performance and cultural alignment.
    • Architect workflows, reporting systems, operational processes, and team structures.
    • Implement and manage outbound frameworks including dials, DM outreach, SMS, retargeting, and post-event follow-up.
    • Partner with Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, funnels, and lead flow.
    • Communicate performance insights, projections, and opportunities to the Founder and Executive Team.
    • Serve as a strategic liaison between Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
    • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reporting. Provide accurate forecasting and data-driven recommendations.
    • Ensure CRM and tracking systems maintain data integrity and transparency.
    • Promote a high-energy, high-accountability, high-performance culture.
    • Lead with integrity, ownership, and strong people development skills.

    Required Experience

    • Three or more years in online coaching, online education, digital programs, or similar online sales environments.
    • Demonstrated success scaling sales for high-ticket coaching, programs, masterminds, events, or virtual services.
    • Experience managing setters, closers, outbound teams, and event or webinar sales.
    • Proven ability to build a sales department from the ground up. Strong ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, accountability frameworks, compensation plans, and structured team rhythms.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills.
    • Experience with at least one of the following: GoHighLevel, Close.io, HubSpot, CRM automation tools, sales enablement platforms, funnel and lead management systems.
