Responsibilities
Build & Lead: Recruit, coach, and mentor a top-tier sales team, fostering a culture of competitive collaboration.
Strategic Growth: Develop territories, set quotas, and identify new opportunities within core product capabilities
Relationship Management: Cultivate high-level partnerships with OEMs and subcontractors nationwide.
Process Excellence: Optimize sales workflows, provide accurate forecasting, and manage the annual sales budget.
Technical Synergy: Partner with internal product teams to strategize on pricing, lead times, and technical solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
5-8 years of sales leadership experience
Willingness to travel nationally to engage with key accounts and attend industry trade shows.
