    About the Role
    We’re seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead a growing sales team and drive revenue growth in the workplace solutions industry. In this role, you’ll manage a team of Account Executives, develop and execute sales strategies, and build long-term client relationships across key industries like Education, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.

    This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on building teams, developing strategy, and closing big deals.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Executives

    • Build and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth

    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on targeted campaigns

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries

    • Oversee the full sales process: prospecting, pricing, forecasting, and closing

    • Maintain and grow strong relationships with key accounts

    • Track team performance and ensure consistent CRM usage

    • Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance sales culture

    • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5–10 years of sales experience in workplace solutions, storage, or logistics

    • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team

    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    • Proven ability to build and execute sales plans

    • Comfortable managing budgets and controlling costs

    • Proficiency with CRM software

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    $125,000-$150,000 per year
