The Role: Director of Sales
You will own sales strategy, culture, and execution, reporting directly to the executive team and playing a central role in shaping trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing BDRs and AEs; lead as a coach, not just a manager
Sales Architecture: Build a scalable, repeatable sales process from lead generation through close and handoff
Growth Strategy: Identify and capture opportunities across integrative, functional, and personalized health markets
Data-Driven Execution: Define KPIs, optimize funnel performance, and deliver accurate forecasting
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing on messaging and Product to ensure customer insights drive innovation
Who You Are
Proven Scaler: 7+ years in practitioner sales, including 3+ years in leadership within a high-growth SaaS environment (HealthTech/MedTech a strong plus)
Strategic + Hands-On: Comfortable setting strategy and stepping into demos or closing calls when needed
Culture Builder: Mission-aligned, transparent, resilient, and team-first
Systems-Oriented: Fluent in CRM and sales tech; uses data to guide decisions and tell the growth story
